The worldwide travel agency franchise network of Lufthansa City Center comprises of around 580 locations in 105 countries. Only those agencies that commit to stringent quality standard are selected. In order to ensure that these exacting standards are maintained, we support our LCC franchisees with a comprehensive Quality Concept. It is our aim to advance all LCC agencies to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share. Our quality standards are constantly enhanced and adapted in regular exchange with our members so as to ensure 100% implementation and to derive operational value.
