Pan Alliance Inc. was founded in 2000, for several years we had the honor of representing the airline Air France – KLM, being their appointed general sales agents in the Republic of Panama. Now our company operates as a travel agency with license #89-500-353 granted by IATA (International Air Transport Association), meeting the requirements and standards required by this entity.

In 2012, we became part of the franchise, Lufthansa City Center DMC Network, to ensure and optimize the standards that the customers should receive from our company. Highly qualified and motivated employees are the key to success of Lufthansa City Center.

As part of our commitment to customer service and society, we are members of: The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Panama; APAVIT (The Association of Travel Agencies in Panama) and SKAL (The International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals). Our staff is fully prepared and qualified to attend our clients’ needs via telephone, email or web with effective communication and attention.
